In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, with preference in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven experience in Commodity Sourcing from a manufacturing industry or related industry.
• Strong market knowledge in the commodity industry, gained through experience in engineering, operations, marketing, or procurement negotiations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, team orientation, and effective communication across all management levels.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally 15% to 20%, within Asia and the US.
• Flexibility to work hours to accommodate night calls with partners and team members.
