Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to be the technical backbone of Hilti's Cloud Contact Center platform. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the global CCC infrastructure, manage telephony integrations, and respond to incidents to keep channels running smoothly.

Within the Cloud Contact Center Platform Team, you’ll collaborate with international teams, support agile processes, and build expertise in SIP telephony, cloud administration, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related field.
• 4–5 years experience in AI, VoIP/SIP, and networks.
• Fluent English communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot contact center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Own critical contact center infrastructure topics.
• Support incident response and problem resolution.
