Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor degree or above and 8+ years in procurement, with deep semiconductor or mechanical supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years procurement experience.
• In-depth knowledge on Semiconductor or Mechanical Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with departments, stakeholders and suppliers to drive initiatives.
• Create, leads and implements global commodity strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead contract and price negotiations, should cost analyses to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Identify, analyze and address challenges and supply market dynamics.
• Establish and manage supplier performance evaluation and improvement processes.
