The Position

Global Business Process Specialist - Tax Integration is part of the Global BPM Organization in Roche Service & Solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process area Record to Report, focusing on the continuous global harmonization, standardization, and automation of related Tax accounting processes, including global deployments. You will collaborate closely with partners from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain, and IT across divisions (Pharma and Diagnostics).

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee global, cross-divisional process improvements within your business process area, ensuring alignment with E2E process strategies and guardrails from the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM).
• Collaborate with the E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to develop fit-for-purpose solutions, support SAP S4/HANA template deployment, and implement E2E BPM strategies.
• Deliver solutions that include processes, ICFR, authorizations, laws, regulations, technology, and analytics, supporting continuous improvements with guidance from the GBPM and GBPSs.
• Support global business acceptance and drive BPM strategy implementation for your dedicated area.
• Redesign processes to ensure they are lean, standardized, and harmonized across divisions, defining relevant metrics.
• Manage process governance, including prioritization, justification, realization of change requests, compliance monitoring, documentation, and driving efficiencies and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in Business Process Management, IT, Finance, Tax, Risk, Internal Control, Accounting, or Audit.
• Extensive experience with SAP Tax solutions (EU and other regions), including Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and Corporate Income Taxes. Deep technical expertise in SAP FI/CO, Procurement (SD/MM), Localization/External Reporting, IFRS Accounting, ICFR, and compliance laws.
• Proven skills in BPM, Six Sigma, Agile (Scrum), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% annually.
