Job summary

Razer is seeking an Automation QA Engineer in Malaysia to develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across Web and API applications. You will work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure high quality, reliable software and contribute to CI/CD processes.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with PHPUnit, Selenium, Laravel, and C#, and will help expand test coverage while maintaining thorough testing documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with PHPUnit, Selenium, PHP, Laravel, and C#.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and other applications.
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive test cases based on system requirements and changes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and automation testing.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using PHPUnit, Selenium, and other relevant automation tools.
• Identify, investigate, document, and report software defects with clear and detailed information.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to investigate and resolve software issues.
• Execute automated regression tests to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes.
• Improve automation test coverage and identify opportunities to replace repetitive manual testing with automation.
• Maintain testing documentation, test results, and automation scripts.
• Support the integration and execution of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, automation practices, and technologies.
• Perform ad-hoc QA and automation tasks assigned by senior QA engineers or team leads.
