Waystone is seeking a Director to manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, focusing on FATCA/CRS compliance and regulatory oversight. The role requires guiding the team, reviewing client documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

The successful candidate will lead the Associate group, manage workloads, and support business development initiatives while traveling internationally as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or a legal qualification with at least 5 years of industry-related experience.
• Transfer Agency experience is an asset.
• Strong FATCA/CRS compliance knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as FATCA responsible officer and primary contact for RFIs with Tax Authorities.
• Review documentation for assigned client portfolio and ensure alignment with Waystone procedures.
• Design, implement and oversee internal controls and operating procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable for portfolio of clients and report on performance.
• Lead, supervise and mentor the Associate group, including performance management.
• Assist the Managing Director with business development and marketing initiatives.
