Job summary

Roland Berger in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist in Accounting to support and monitor finance activities across our global organization. You will manage daily accounting operations, prepare IFRS-based statements, and collaborate with tax and controlling teams.

You should hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with focus on international accounting.
• 1–3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Analytical and conceptual working style with strong numerical aptitude.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP software (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations.
• Support timely IFRS-based financial statements for international entities.
• Collaborate with tax and controlling teams.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Participate in special accounting projects.
