Jcoders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable websites and web applications that align with our clients' business objectives. What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional web solutions
2. Integrate web applications with back-end systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
3. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Implement security measures to protect web applications and user data
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the continuous operation of web applications
6. Participate in the testing and deployment of web applications
7. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent and visually appealing user experience
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience
2. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
3. Familiarity with back-end technologies such as PHP, Laravel, and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
4. Knowledge in ArcGIS Web Development and mobile app development is an added advantage
5. Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles
6. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and optimized code
7. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello
8. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
10. Passion for web development and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
