Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are now looking for a proactive Plant Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations, high quality, and safety across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities with two foremen/supervisors (site and workshop)

• Oversee two teams:

Workshop Team – 7 technicians

Customer Site Team – 6 technicians (10 mins from office)

• Submit regular reports to managers

• Handle material requisitions and monitor proper usage

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination

• Diploma or Form 6 education and above

• No technical experience required – training will be provided

• Proven leadership and supervisory potential

• Positive personality: humble, honest, hardworking

• Able to manage people and communicate well

•Proficient in ALL three major languages- Malay, Chinese, and English
