General Procurement Executive - Based Overseas

Develop, maintain, and implement procurement strategies for responsible materials/services to ensure high-quality delivery.

Carry out activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI, and be responsible for developing supplier selection methods.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including certification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development.

Sign contracts and agreements with suppliers according to procurement processes and authorization regulations.

Build a strong internal control environment, implement internal control management requirements, and ensure operational security.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or relevant fields.
  • Basic commercial knowledge, including international trade, contract clauses, compliance, and business etiquette.
  • Basic financial knowledge, ability to understand financial reports, and apply this knowledge to negotiation, risk analysis, and trend judgment. Understanding of cost accounting basics.
