Job summary

PMG Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. invites a dedicated General Practitioner to join our Meridin, Johor Bahru team. You will deliver direct medical services across diverse conditions, support primary care delivery, and contribute to patient-centred outcomes in a collaborative environment.

The role requires MBBS or equivalent, valid Malaysian registration, and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Strong English and Malay communication, together with responsible record-keeping, are essential.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognised in Malaysia.
• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council and licensed to practise as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of medical conditions and ability to manage complex presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous.
• Organised approach to patient record-keeping and compliance with medical regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current medical guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

About the role

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent medical qualification recognised in Malaysia
• Valid registration and active licence to practise as a General Practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of medical conditions and ability to manage complex presentations
