Position: General Practitioner (GP) - Clinic Partnership

About Us:

We are a well-established healthcare group with a mission to provide high-quality medical services across Malaysia. We are expanding and are seeking motivated, skilled General Practitioners (GPs) to join us as partners in opening new clinics in Batu Bahat, Johor, and Penang. Currently, we have Alpine Clinics in Melaka and Seremban providing comprehensive GP along with joint pain management services. With our partner Alpine Physio, we are able to provide unique treatment options for musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess medical conditions.
2. Diagnose illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions based on symptoms and test results.
3. Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients.
4. Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications.
5. Administer vaccinations, minor procedures, and wound care as needed.
6. Advise patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health improvement.
7. Conduct regular health screenings and immunization programs.
8. Educate patients on managing chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis.
9. Refer patients to specialists for further diagnosis and treatment when necessary.
10. Collaborate with physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
12. Ensure compliance with medical and legal documentation standards.
13. Provide first-line emergency care and stabilize patients in critical situations.
14. Manage acute illnesses and minor injuries in a primary care setting.
15. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.
16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
17. Supervise and guide junior medical staff or interns if applicable.
18. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and treatment protocols.
19. Attend training, workshops, and medical conferences to enhance skills.
20. Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments.
21. Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions under the supervision of orthopedic specialists.
22. Provide musculoskeletal injections, including joint and soft tissue injections after training and guidance.
23. Assist patients in developing comprehensive treatment plans for musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and recovery.
24. Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic by promoting high standards of patient care and building a strong patient base.

Requirements:

1. A recognized medical degree and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner (preferred).
3. Interest in musculoskeletal health and treatments, with a willingness to undergo training under orthopedic specialists.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
6. Passion for delivering excellent patient care and continuous professional growth.
