Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead a regional team of project services professionals across Asia-Pacific.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, senior management, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  

• Provide strategic project updates and performance insights to senior leadership.
  

2. Strategic Procurement Management

• Establish and refine procurement processes tailored for offshore wind projects in key markets.
  

• Collaborate with corporate procurement to ensure alignment with policies and compliance.
  

• Drive supplier engagement and manage strategic sourcing across the offshore wind supply chain.
  

• Lead contract negotiations, manage tender processes, and ensure consistency in procurement terms.
  

• Continuously monitor procurement activities and implement improvements where necessary.
  

3. Project Controls & Governance

• Design and implement robust project control frameworks to ensure projects meet deadlines, budget targets, and quality standards.
  

• Oversee scheduling, cost forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  

• Identify and mitigate risks while capitalizing on project opportunities.
  

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry best practices in project controls.
  

4. Technical Oversight – Specialist Engineering

• Provide technical leadership in key offshore wind engineering disciplines, including structural and electrical design.
  

• Ensure engineering activities comply with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver projects efficiently and with high quality.
  

• Introduce innovative engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes and long-term performance.
  

Requirements

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is highly advantageous.
  
• Experience:
  
  At least 10 years of proven experience in project management, procurement, or project controls within the renewable energy sector or similar industries. Prior involvement in delivering offshore wind farm projects across varying scales is essential.
  
• Technical Expertise:
  
  In-depth understanding of offshore wind farm design, engineering, and construction processes.
  
• Leadership:
  
  Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
