General Manager -Sales & Marketing

Position: Senior Marketing Executive (Perm)
Location: Mutiara Bukit Kemuning, Seksyen 32 Shah Alam, 40460

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online and etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Coordinate with marketing agencies for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, website material, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Assist marketing department.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies/Administration / Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
• With min 3 years (s) of experience in related fields
• Pleasant personality, Outgoing & Socially confident person.
• Good command in English and Bahasa
• Skills: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Personal Branding, Public Relations, Website Development, Search Engine, Content Writing, Events Planning.
• Good in social media platforms
• Willing to work long hours and weekends when required.
• Open gender, Age 26 - 40 years old

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
• Basic RM 3,500.00 – RM 4,800.00
• Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.30pm)
• Performance Bonus & miscellaneous allowances
• Annual Leave

• EPF, EIS & Socso
