This role focuses on leading and managing the company’s Photocopier business operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure smooth client engagement. They must have a strong background in sales operations within the photocopier industry, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end sales operations for the Photocopier business, ensuring revenue targets and profitability.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
Manage key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
Lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
Country Management:
Oversee all aspects of the Malaysia office, including business operations, compliance, and financial performance.
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to strengthen the company's presence in Singapore.
Establish and nurture partnerships with local clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with corporate policies, objectives, and standards.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Leadership & Strategic Planning:
Align project and country strategies with overall regional goals.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in both project delivery and local operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in handling sales operations in the Photocopier industry.
