A leading fast food brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified individual for a management role. Candidates should have a degree in Business or Hospitality and a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring service quality. Immediate availability is preferred.
Design and implement an overarching standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee daily operations and exhibit excellent critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
Ensure optimal use of resources such as stocks and staffing level. Plan and work towards the designated budgets, efficient cost management and sales targets.
Collaborate across functions (e.g., Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing) to align strategies and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure a high standard of shop ambience and presentation. Ensures staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and personal presentation.
Ensure the team adheres to a high standard of hygiene and safety operating procedures.
Coach and develop the team for continuous growth and foster a positive, yet disciplined working environment.
Take ownership by identifying any business risk points, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
Manage disciplinary issues and propose remedial actions.
Uphold the brand’s reputation and integrity by ensuring the customer complaints are handled with care and all teams provide consistent service quality to all guests.
Possess strong business acumen and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced business environment.
To lead and oversee new store opening activities.
To work closely with CEO on any hoc tasks or projects.
