Strategic HR Planning
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support the Group’s long-term business objectives. Partner with senior management to set HR priorities that drive growth and sustainability across property development, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent and building strong pipelines through strategic partnerships with universities and industry networks. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a vibrant, inclusive workforce.

Performance and Rewards
Implement a robust performance management framework that evaluates, recognizes, and develops talent. Align performance metrics with business goals to foster continuous improvement.

Learning and Development
Design programs to enhance employee skills and nurture high-potential talent through succession planning and leadership development. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits
Oversee competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations and Engagement
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. Maintain effective communication channels between management and employees.

HR Policy and Compliance
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and industry best practices. Ensure compliance across all business sectors.

HR Analytics and Digitalization
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions. Evaluate and optimize integrated HR systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Industrial Relations
Lead disciplinary procedures, investigations, and workplace dispute resolutions with fairness and legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

Education & Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple sectors, preferably in property development, manufacturing, and construction industries.

Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Hands-on experience in implementing HR digitalization systems and data-driven HR analytics.
