Your new role

1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management of all departments.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
3. Compliance and Governance: Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
4. Board Support: Acts as the primary liaison between the board of directors and the company, preparing and distributing board meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the company’s operations, ensuring robust risk management frameworks are in place.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Licensed Company Secretary
2. Proven experience in a senior management role within the financial services or trustee industry. Must have Labuan Financial Services Acts.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and drive organisational growth.
