A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of success in forklift sales or industrial equipment, with the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious targets.
Solid understanding of forklifts and related equipment, with the ability to offer practical solutions to both customers and your team.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and confidently.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding creative solutions.
