General Manager (Business Development, Asset Management & Commercial Leasing)

Work Location: Primarily in Malaysia, with business trips to Singapore, China, and other locations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the Company’s Industrial Investment Promotion and Attraction
   • Develop industrial development strategies, market operation strategies, and investment promotion operations in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
   • Build a high-caliber industrial team to ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
   • Maintain close communication and collaboration with government departments, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other institutions; attend relevant events to uphold and enhance the company's image and reputation.
2. Overseeing the Management of the Commercial Subsidiary
   • Develop strategic plans for commercial operations, investment promotion, and market promotion.
   • Lead the investment promotion and operations of the commercial subsidiary to ensure the achievement of the company's business targets.
   • Build and develop a highly efficient and capable commercial management team.
3. Overseeing Asset Management

   Manage and optimize company assets, including but not limited to existing land, factories, office buildings, and equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited institution; proficiency in English for daily work communication.
2. At least 8 years of experience in investment promotion, industrial operations, or business development, with a minimum of 5 years in team management.
3. Experience in a similar role in industrial or commercial companies; overseas work experience is a plus.
4. Strong market insight, exceptional business development and negotiation skills, and outstanding resource integration capabilities.
