Job Responsibilities
· Lead the commercialstrategy and execution for the Malaysia business, with progressive oversight ofother regional markets.
· Achieve revenue,market share, and profitability targets aligned with corporate objectives.
· Define and executelocal go-to-market strategies in alignment with regional and global direction.
· Drive sales growththrough strong customer relationships, market development, and channelmanagement.
· Identify and developnew business opportunities with optical retailers, eye care professionals, andhealthcare partners.
· Lead new productintroductions and commercial initiatives to strengthen market position.
· Build, lead, anddevelop a high-performing local team across commercial and support functions.
· Ensure operationalexcellence, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments such asmarketing, supply chain, and finance.
· Implement andmonitor KPIs to ensure performance and alignment with company standards.
· Work closely withthe Managing Director and regional leadership to ensure smooth leadershipcontinuity.
· Contribute tolong-term organizational planning, talent development, and future-proofing ofthe business.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Science, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced qualification ispreferred.
· Minimum of 10 yearsof progressive experience in commercial roles such as sales, businessdevelopment, or general management.
· Deep understandingof the vision care industry is essential.
· Proven experience inleading teams, managing P&L, and driving business growth in complex,regulated markets.
· Strong leadership,commercial acumen, and execution capability.
· Excellentinterpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic thinkerwith hands-on operational approach.
