This is a strategic leadership role with direct accountability for operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business expansion.

Job Description
  • Oversee and lead all aspects of facilities management operations across multiple sites.
  • Drive business development: secure new clients, expand service offerings, and build lasting relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-effective strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FM team to meet organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Has 10 to 20 years of solid and progressive experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrate strong business capability and has a proven track record of acquiring new contracts or clients.
  • Possesses hands-on operational experience in FM with sound technical and commercial judgement.
  • Is an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and results-oriented leader.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or other relevant fields/equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications in Facilities Management such as CIDB and NIOSH are required.
