Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement operational strategies and policies to meet organizational goals.
Lead and mentor department heads in Operations, Safety, Customer Service, and Sales, fostering a culture of high performance.
Provide strategic insights to senior management and participate in long-term planning and decision-making.
Develop and execute business plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
Operational Management:
Ensure daily operations across all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize departmental performance.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
Address safety issues promptly and implement measures to minimize risks.
Work closely with the Customer Service department to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales team to set targets, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance.
