Role Description

This is a full-time General Manager role located on-site in Kulai. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing P&L, setting and tracking KPIs across all departments, and ensuring the company achieves its production and financial targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering relationships with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing / embedded systems.
• Experience managing cross-border or regional teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin a plus
• Exposure to RF/WiFi/firmware integration is a big advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kulai
