We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our team at Majupadu Development Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company in Kluang, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of all our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, taking into account resource requirements, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross‑functional teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on project status and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar construction planning and scheduling role, preferably in the planning and scheduling of large‑scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and planning tools.
