Lead, coach, and manage department heads (sales, service, admin, and finance).

Recruit, train, and retain top-performing staff to support business growth.

4. Operational Oversight

Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments (sales floor, service, finance, admin).

Maintain inventory control of motorcycles and parts.

Supervise vehicle registration, delivery, and after-sales service efficiency.
