Job description

Oversee the daily operations of factory facilities, including managing office supplies, canteen supplies, vehicle and maintenance services.

Ensure the factory environment remains functional, clean and well-maintained at all times.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors for factory operation related supplies, cleaning, and facility maintenance.

Coordinate business trip arrangements for international staff and customers.

Maintain an organized filing system and up-to-date office records and databases.

Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding factory services and general inquiries.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Factory Director.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

3 years experience in office management, general affairs or facilities management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia/English/Mandarin as essential due to the nature of the business.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
