Job description

· Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items

· Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged goods are replaced, and customers are kept informed about their orders’ status

· Performing administrative tasks such as ordering new inventory items or renting new storage space when needed

· Reviewing inventory reports to identify problems with supply levels or product quality, and working with suppliers to resolve these issues

· Monitor and update daily attendance

· Attend to employee’s disciplinary issues and grievances. Provide disciplinary action in accordance with company policy

· Solve employees’ queries about HR-related issues

· Production manpower planning and prepare monthly production name list

· Administration and maintain record of HR stuff such as uniform, safety shoes, dormitory supplies and others

2) Purchase & Maintenance

· Assisting in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities

· Maintaining maintenance records, coordinating with maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.

· Managing documentation related to equipment manuals, specifications, warranties, and service contracts.

· Assisting in the procurement of maintenance-related materials, spare parts, and services.

· Serving as a liaison between QC, maintenance, and other departments to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution.
