Job summary

Jabil seeks a highly motivated GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and agentic workflows in our enterprise environment. You will work with AWS Bedrock, Q Business, and Open-source tools, delivering scalable automation across business processes, IT services, and operations.

You'll implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model optimization while writing clean Python or TypeScript code and leveraging CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience building chatbots, AI agents, or automation workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock, Q Business, QuickSuite.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• AI Application Development: Develop GenAI chatbots, AI assistants, and automation agents.
• Workflow Automation & Integration: design end-to-end automation using AWS services and internal systems.
• AI Models & Frameworks: perform prompt engineering and model evaluation for foundation models.
• Software Engineering & Deployment: write clean, scalable code in Python or TypeScript and use CI/CD.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with stakeholders to turn requirements into AI solutions.
