Job description

As GDN Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the Selections Specialists & Pipeline Coordinators, driving team leadership, strategy development, and execution. You will partner with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities that impact Talent Acquisition.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Team Strategy Development: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to achieve business outcomes, enabling the team to enhance skills and amplify creativity and innovation.
• Coach and Enable Team: Coach team members to enhance skills, and provide guidance on best practices to ensure goal achievement and exceptional performance.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities that impact and influence Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive Business Outcomes: Focus on achieving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition strategies, program design, and implementation.
• Design and Implement Programs: Design and implement programs to support talent acquisition goals, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
