    About the role
    • Work Location : 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
    • Reporting Line : Regulatory Manager
    • Working Hour : 12 PM - 9 PM

    The primary role is to manage day-to-day Regulatory queries and information fulfilment from both internal and external stakeholders in relation to the finished good which are produced within the Region of Europe. This role requires close partnership with relevant Regulatory Scientific Affairs, RD&A, Quality and Account Managers. It plays a key role in driving business growth and a source of competitive advantage by ensuring that information sent to customers is accurate, consistent, and efficient, getting it right the first time.

    Key responsibilities
    • Responsible for efficiently and timely executing various regulatory product documentation and requests, adhering to the agreed service timeline.
    • Accurately manage technical and customer documents and data within tight timeframes, using established processes and structures.
    • Develop and maintain various documents, including technical documentation for commercialized products and standard operating procedures. This role requires working with multiple different software and databases to gather and manage the necessary information.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships between internal stakeholders (RDA, QA, Operations, and Commercial) and external stakeholders.
    • Responsible for managing and meeting individual and overall department Key Performance Indicators, striving for excellence in all KPI-related activities.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous excellence initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Conduct administrative tasks within defined guidelines, including maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure.
    • Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements.
    Qualifications and skills
    • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Life Science discipline.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance or R&D.
    • Extensive knowledge on quality management and regulation associated with food industry.
    • Experienced in dealing with customer queries request management.
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in leading discussions and presentations.
    • Experienced in working with cross functional team for a common objective and goals.
    • Experience in SAP, Optiva, Power BI, and Salesforce systems is an advantage.
