Job Description:

  1. Minimum Diploma or 2 years call center experience.
  2. Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedure.
  3. Handle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, complaints, claims, service guarantees, price quotation, service information, export shipments exception and other enquiries in a professional manner.
  4. Update the pick up arrangement, UPS supply request and tracking follow up.
  5. Identify and record customer concerns or issues.
  6. Recommend solutions to service concerns to management.
  7. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
