We're looking for a Garden Wing Manager or aspiring to be required for our Rooms (Front Office) Division. The Garden Wing Manager oversees all front office operations within the Garden Wing, ensuring high standards of guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency, with a special focus on the unique ambiance and guest expectations of the Garden Wing.

Job Summary

  • Lead and manage the Garden Wing front office team.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and occupancy levels.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting for the Garden Wing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office or guest services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Capability in Mandarin or other languages is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Hospitality degree or equivalent is an advantage.
