About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at LAKSAMANA USAHA NOODLE PRODUCTS SDN. BHD.', based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Conducting regular reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other regulatory documents
• Providing support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Proficient in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
