Creator Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality assistance to Creators within a gaming and user-generated content (UGC) ecosystem. This role involves managing Creator inquiries, gathering feedback, coordinating content creation tasks, and ensuring smooth operations for the community. Strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and familiarity with UGC platforms are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Creator inquiries using FAQs and reference materials.
• Communicate effectively via various channels, including online Q&A sessions and documentation.
• Gather and document feedback from Creators to improve support programs.
• Manage online communities such as Discord and foster positive engagement.
• Assign game development tasks to Creators based on project schedules.
• Clarify task requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on Creator feedback.
• Communicate with Creators to adjust deliverables based on internal feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing Discord groups or similar online communities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in game community management and UGC game operations.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies.
• Familiarity with UGC creation platforms like Roblox Studio, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Minecraft, etc.
• Experience in UGC project workflows and best practices.
