Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Risk & Policy Management:

  • Deliver the risk management agenda for Group ALCO from an economic and earnings perspective to guide business strategy.
  • Develop and implement the Bank's Fund Transfer Pricing Policy & Methodology, including Term Liquidity Premium.
  • Develop, own, and review Group ALCO related policies.
  • Ensure business compliance within the Group ALCO risk appetite & strategy.
  • Contribute to new product development as part of ongoing innovation to enhance brand value.

Operational Balance Sheet & Systems Management:

  • Ensure the structural integrity of the Bank's balance sheet and propose initiatives to optimize balance sheet risk-reward.
  • Continuously review and enhance current risk behavior modeling.
  • Optimize and maintain the KRM-ALM system.
Jobholder Requirements: Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics).
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance industry is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
