Omniraise is a new marketing and fundraising agency working with some of the highest profile, blue-chip global NGOs in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. We specialize in events, roadshows, face-to-face marketing/fundraising, telephone marketing/fundraising, and digital fundraising—covering all main channels for raising funds from individual donors. Job Overview

We are expanding our management team across Malaysia. Currently, operating in over 8 regions, we are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager (Face to Face) to oversee our Face-to-Face Roadshows, Events, Marketing, and Sales team in West Malaysia (Johor Bahru).

On a daily basis, you will manage a team of fundraising professionals, supporting, driving, and leading by example through achieving personal and team targets. You will enhance team performance by initiating training, updating on new programs, and implementing strategies to improve KPIs. Monitoring daily performance reports, you will seek continual improvement of our clients' programs and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing, mentoring, and coaching our passionate Fundraisers to meet fundraising goals.
• Training, motivating, performance managing, developing, and progressing staff.
• Leading from the front and being actively involved in the field to stay attuned to team needs and solve problems swiftly.
• Ensuring all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention, and age criteria are met.
• Analyzing event performance and providing monthly updates on CPA and CPS to senior management.
• Collaborating with support teams such as Account Management, Data, IT, and HR.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in face-to-face fundraising.
• Ability to lead by example, working in the field alongside team members to build trust and diagnose issues based on observation and experience.
• Strong work ethic and inspirational leadership capable of motivating the team daily.
• Proven track record in modern high-performance fundraising environments with demonstrated success and growth.
• Critical thinker, capable of asking probing questions and driving solutions quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a collaborative, creative leader able to work across cultures.
