We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fund Operations Team Lead to join our financial fund administrative team. The Fund Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the fund department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fund operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive efficiency within the team.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead a team of Fund Ops specialists to handle daily operations
  2. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  3. Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds
  4. Manage fund management, forecasting, and adjustments
  5. Prepare financial and data analysis reports
  6. Perform reconciliation of positions, investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  8. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field with at least 3 years of experience in Fund Operations/Fund Management/Fund Administration, including 2 years of team management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills, with creative and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
