Fund Operations Executive | Open for Fresh Graduates

The Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management, including forecasting and adjustments. It involves preparing financial and data analysis reports, reconciling positions, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment settlements. Additionally, the role includes handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
• Manage fund operations, including forecasting and adjustments.
• Prepare financial and data analysis reports.
• Perform reconciliation of positions and investigate discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field with experience in Fund Operations, Fund Management, or Fund Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
