YOUR TASK

  • Handle all administrative and confidential work for the Head of CS to facilitate the efficient functioning of the CSteam
  • Assist the CS head in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. E.g.: prepare slides for presentation andprovide basic analysis into CS-related data and information under the instructions of the department head
  • Maintain an effective system of personal record for all CS staff including leave, training records etc.
  • Organize and minute monthly CS Meetings and /or co-ordinate key or large scale Customer Service or company events including conferences, visitor lunches and recreation activities
  • Organize meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge
  • Assist the department colleagues to liaise and arrange travel and accommodation needs for participants and contact designated hotels to make bookings and oversee any other logistics arrangements.

  • Typing skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)
  • Telephone skills (excellent)
  • Conflict resolution skills (excellent)
  • Technical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferable)
  • Communication skills - spoken and written (excellent)
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)
