YOUR TASK
  • Handle all administrative and confidential work for the Head of CS to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Customer Service team.
  • Assist the CS head in preparing notes/materials for meetings, such as slides for presentations and basic analysis of CS-related data under the department head's instructions.
  • Maintain an effective system of personal records for all CS staff, including leave and training records.
  • Organize and minute monthly CS meetings and coordinate key or large-scale customer service or company events, including conferences, visitor lunches, and recreation activities.
  • Organize meetings or conferences locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
  • Assist colleagues in liaising and arranging travel and accommodation needs for participants, including making bookings and overseeing logistics.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Typing skills (preferably at least 30 wpm)
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Technical skills (preferably experience with telephone and order booking systems)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
