Our client is a large conglomerate (IT software) is looking for Functional Consultant to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant – Supply Relationship Management (SRM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of strategic procurement and supplier collaboration solutions, with a strong focus on e-bidding, supplier lifecycle management, and end-to-end procurement digitization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience configuring e‑bidding events (forward/reverse auctions), managing supplier portals, and integrating SRM with core ERP systems—ideally within platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, Coupa, or Oracle SCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for strategic sourcing, e-bidding, supplier onboarding, performance management, and collaboration.
• Design, configure, and manage e‑bidding workflows, including event creation, bidder invitation, bid evaluation rules, auction setup (reverse/forward), and award recommendations.
• Implement and support SRM modules covering supplier registration, qualification, risk assessment, KPI tracking, and self-service portals.
• Configure catalog management, approval hierarchies, compliance rules, and integration points with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Ensure seamless integration between e‑procurement, e‑bidding, and P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing, user training, documentation, and UAT for SRM and e‑bidding functionalities.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
