UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a D365 Finance Consultant with significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. The position is work from home, with potential travel to client sites. This is a full-time role.

Job Description

Your duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

1. Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP ("D365") project lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
2. Conduct client workshops to define business requirements for successful ERP implementation. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or User Stories.
3. Write design documents for customizations and reports, ensuring they include boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
4. Configure D365 modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
5. Perform data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities, including field mapping between D365 and other integrated systems.
6. Conduct testing, including functional, integration, and automated testing using regression suite automation tools.
7. Conduct training sessions for clients on D365 and related systems.
8. Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live support to clients.
9. Write 1-2 D365 functional blog articles per year for the Unify Dots blog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and AX 2012 R3.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
