About the job Functional Analyst - Health Tech

Project

• Web-based SaaS solution designed for the eldercare industry to streamline and enhance care management and operational efficiency
• Built in a .NET Environment
• Real-time analytics and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Be the go between for external clients and internal tech team
• Conduct business & technical impact analysis for system enhancements, modifications and configuration / client customisation.
• Define functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions for software issues.
• Engage in market-driven product development and roadmapping.
• Participate in proof-of-concept and consulting projects.

Must Have

• Experience: any of Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Project Manager / Pre-Sales / Systems Analyst
• Saas / Tech / Software / Software House experience (Health tech bonus)
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Communication Skill (with Technical & Non-technical)
• Bonus: Experience with .NET projects / products

Levels

• Hands-on role (Individual Contributor) role to begin with then fast track promotion to Lead upon meeting targets
• Can hire at Mid or Senior level (3 - 8 years+ relevant experience)

Culture

• Reporting to a Team Lead based in SG
• Working with a team of 20+ in KL (Product, Project, Mobile, Support etc)

Location:
