You will be part of the Business-as-Usual (BAU) support team, contributing to ongoing development and testing activities that support the platform's continuous expansion.

Skills required:

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or Calypso
• Capital Market experience with strong cross-products knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Financial products and their trade lifecycle
• Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and an entrepreneurial mindset to gather business requirements effectively
• Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with technical and business resources at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Experience working in a collaborative, dynamic multi-team environment
• Experience writing user stories and working with JIRA or similar tools
• Experience with System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

• Support daily BAU activities and resolve production issues (L1-L3)
• Respond to user issues, incidents, and requests across multiple domains, focusing on Orchestrade functional elements
• Resolve daily front-office issues related to valuation and pricing
• Address issues from multiple trading desks, working closely with traders (L3)
• Amend pre-trade rules and pricing tools
• Manage pre-deal origination workflows and post-execution monitoring
• Configure and support platform workflows to meet business needs
• Resolve P&L, Market Data, and booking issues
• Develop and contribute to solutions as per production support deliverables
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve functional issues and implement enhancements
• Handle yield curve issues, validation, and creation
• Stay updated on global market regulations and practices
• Participate in testing phases (SIT/UAT) and release cycles
• Manage project tasks to meet deliverables
• Develop functional business requirements as needed
