Job summary

USER Experience Researchers is seeking a versatile Full Stack Java Developer to drive backend services with Spring and build responsive frontend features in React. You will work on RESTful microservices, integrate with PostgreSQL or Oracle, and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes strong system design, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning, with exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern authentication standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java backend including Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring JPA.
• Proficient in REST APIs and microservices design.
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL or Oracle databases.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Familiar with Redux/Zustand, and frontend testing tooling (Jest, RTL, Playwright/Cypress).
• Strong understanding of system design, frontend architecture, code review, debugging and refactoring.
• Experience implementing OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or CIAM solutions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development tasks per requirements and milestones.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend codebases as part of a full-stack role.
• Participate in code reviews and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate on system design and architecture decisions.
