Join our dynamic team and be instrumental in driving our technology vision forward. We are currently seeking a proactive Fullstack Developer (React Native, NodeJS) who will focus on front to back technologies on a Modern, Microservice based cloud architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product development of our applications.

You will participate in building and maintaining our mobile, web applications and backend systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with a focus on clean code, scalable architecture, and cloud-based deployment. React Native Mobile development experience is a MUST HAVE to apply for this position.

Objectives of this Role:

● Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native

● Build backend services and APIs using NodeJS/Python

● Deploy and manage backend infrastructure on AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB)

● Continuously ship and iterate on our mobile applications and their backends while maintaining high reliability with focus on great user experience

● Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features from concept to production

● Work closely with the HODs, CTO and CEO and strive to influence the product and technology strategy

● Convert high level product and customer requirements to high quality, reusable and scalable code in fast-paced environments

Requirements & Skills:

● Proven experience of developing Mobile & Web applications using React Native, ReactJS (MUST HAVE)

● Demonstrate a solid understanding of Node/Python in a cloud based microservice environment (NodeJS is must have)

● Expertise in cloud infrastructure like AWS, micro services architecture

● Working experience of developing using a TDD approach

● Proficient with Git , Git Lab and other tools for code/project/branch automation

● Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written

● Experience with relational databases like Postgres and non-relational databases like DynamoDB and Mongo Document DB

● Experience with caching, queuing, RPC frameworks and other building blocks of a large scale distributed systems

● Have a track record of leading productive engineering teams

● Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility

● Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodology

● Experience in CI/CD tools
