As a Fullstack Developer within the Platform Engineering Transformation Team, you will be at the center of this journey! You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Internal Development Platform, a software development tools portal, involving its development, verification, configuration, and maintenance.

Our current tech stack includes Java, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Google GKE, and Apigee GW, among others. The product integrates with tools like GitHub, Artifactory, GitHub Actions, CloudBees Jenkins, SonarQube, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, RedHat OpenShift, Google GKE, and Azure AKS. Your role will involve expanding these integrations and improving the platform for thousands of colleagues worldwide.

Major responsibilities and requirements:

• Platform application development – from idea to deployment
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with solid application development skills
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript; React experience is a plus; scripting skills in Bash and Groovy are advantageous
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (GKE, AKS, OpenShift), Git, Maven, Kafka, API Gateway, and application monitoring is beneficial

Support and maintenance of the platform, including product administration and technical support, are integral. Familiarity with cloud services, especially Azure or Google Cloud, and containerization and networking concepts are important. Experience with development tools hosting and monitoring is a plus.

Collaboration and skills:

• Excellent communication skills, openness, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for EU-based users is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What we are looking for:

Proven track record in full-stack development, experience with SCRUM, Kubernetes, and microservices is a plus. A can-do attitude, open mindset, independence, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to collaborate across regions and fluency in English are required.
