Job summary

Pan Elite Resources Sdn Bhd in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a full-time driver to operate tipper trucks for sand, gravel, and aggregates delivery. You will load, transport, and unload materials, follow routes, and maintain safety and vehicle standards on all trips.

Candidate must hold a valid GDL license, have experience with heavy vehicles, and be physically fit for outdoor work. Strong communication and reliability are essential for timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license with GDL (Goods Driving License).
• Proven experience driving tipper trucks or heavy vehicles in construction/transport.
• Familiar with local routes, construction sites, and material delivery operations.
• Physically fit for long driving hours and outdoor work.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate tipper truck to transport sand, gravel, and aggregates from quarries to customer sites.
• Ensure accurate loading, secure transportation, and safe unloading of materials.
• Follow scheduled routes and delivery instructions to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, company driving policies, and road safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure trucks are in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
