Job summary

KK Supermart in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Shop Assistant to join our full-time team at PUDU, KL. You will help with stock receiving, stock management, and keeping the store clean while delivering friendly service to every customer.

You'll also look after equipment and store assets, handle unexpected situations calmly, and always represent KK Supermart with professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; degree is a bonus.
• 1–3 years in retail, with supervisory experience.
• Excellent people skills and leadership abilities.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage stock to keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a smile and great service.
